About the District
Ranch at Cypress Creek Municipal Utility District No. 1 provides stormwater management, landscaping, and related services for our community. The District is committed to responsible management of public resources, maintaining community infrastructure, meeting regulatory requirements, and providing clear, transparent communication with residents.
STORMWATER MANAGEMENT
Manages stormwater infrastructure and programs that help protect the community, reduce flooding risks, and meet applicable regulatory requirements.
What the District Does
LANDSCAPING & GROUNDS
Oversees landscaping services and maintenance of District common areas to help keep the community attractive, well-maintained, and welcoming.
DISTRICT OPERATIONS
Manages District finances, public resources, infrastructure, regulatory responsibilities, contracts, and other matters necessary to serve the community.
CITY OF CEDAR PARK
Water & Wastewater
The City of Cedar Park provides water and wastewater (sewer) services to residents of the District.
Utility Billing & Service
Questions about water service, sewer service, water bills, or utility accounts should be directed to the City of Cedar Park.
Who Provides What?
The District and the City of Cedar Park have different responsibilities for services within the Ranch at Cypress Creek community.
